Promotion in real estate industry: a project dating back 10 years.
Today I would like to tell you about a project we handled about 10 years ago for an important builder in the centre of Italy.
A prestigious company needs an equally prestigious advertising campaign.
Their ambitious project (building of 70 lots in Loreto municipality) needs an equally ambitious advertising campaign.
An advertising campaign well-studied helps give an image of a reliable and successful company and of a concrete project.
15 years ago at FST Studio we pioneered the use of 3D technology in real estate industry.
We were the first to suggest our clients to promote their estates through a marketing campaign using 3D technology and aerial photos with photo-montages.
Try to imagine the first client’s expression when we suggested this solution!
We suggested to create a construction site poster with a 3D image of the estate and, besides the standard information like the phone number, adding www.website.it! He didn’t have the foggiest idea what we were talking about, ah ah ah! But the trust in our studio has been stronger and accepted this challenge saying: “Let’s see if you will surprise me!”. At the end of the work, right after few months, the success has been great!
Since then we have strengthened our collaboration taking care of all their estate projects’ marketing campaigns.
As of today, we all know renderings are the first step in estate promotion and sales.
3D renderings prove to be essential to make a potential client have a clear idea of the end work. In particular, in this project we have inserted night simulations for a better assessment of the lighting system.
We also entered the plans, essential to give an idea of room layout.
Even 15 years ago, we carried out photomatches of lots from aerial photos taken to assess the environmental impact.
Starting from these contents, we created the advertising and informative material: construction site posters, brochures, depliants which are esthetically pleasing, colored and explanatory.
Now as then the housing market needs a winning communication strategy.
Now, compared to 15 years ago, technologies have evolved: we no longer use helicopters to take aerial photos, but drones. Photorealism has improved and graphics adapts to present trends.
If you are an investor or a builder and you would like to promote your project, contact us! We will be glad to suggest our ideas!
